Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright are planning a "granny flat" for their new home.
The couple got planning permission to demolish a 4-bedroom farmhouse that cost them £1.3 million and rebuild it into a Georgian style mansion. They want to include a gym, a bar, a study, playroom and swimming pool.
They've now applied for planning permission from Epping Forest District Council to renovate the stables into a "one bedroom annexe" for Mark's parents. It will include a bathroom, TV room, open plan kitchen and dining area aswell as feature windows and doorway".
