Amber Heard admits she didn't donate promised divorce settlement to charity

Amber Heard has admitted she didn't donate $3.5 million to ACLU as promised in her $7 divorce settlement from Johnny Depp.

The news has emerged during her court case with ex-husband Mr.Depp despite her telling a UK court how she had honoured her promise.  She even claimed she had donated the ENTIRE settlement of $7 million and split the money between two charities - ACLU and the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.  Amber said at the time this proved she didn't want anything from Johnny Depp - how she wasn't interested in his money.

In court, she has now said Johnny suing her stopped her from donating the money as she can no longer afford it.
