Barry Keoghan is to return to the cinema screens with the Emerald Fennell directed Saltburn.

Directed by the Oscar winning Fennell, Saltburn sees Keoghan star alongside fellow Irish actor Alison Oliver, Rosamund Pike, Richard E Grant, Carey Mulligan, Archie Madekwe, and Reece Shearsmith.

"Academy Award-winning filmmaker Emerald Fennell (Promising Young Woman) brings us a wicked tale of privilege and desire", a synopsis for the film read. "Struggling to find his place at Oxford University, student Oliver Quick (Barry Keoghan) finds himself drawn into the world of the charming and aristocratic Felix Catton (Jacob Elordi), who invites him to Saltburn, his eccentric family's sprawling estate, for a summer never to be forgotten".

Saltburn will hit the cinemas on November 17. It will also open this year's BFI London Film Festival on October 4.

Barry Keoghan is already earning rave reviews for his performance in the final season of Top Boy
