Michael Flatley Says He's "On The Mend" Following Cancer Surgery

Michael Flatley has stated that he is "on the mend" after undergoing cancer surgery.

Last week, the Riverdance and Lord of the Dance star revealed that he was diagnosed with an "agressive" form of cancer, adding that he was "in the care of an excellent team of doctors".

Since then, Flatley revealed that he has been released from hospital, thanking fans for their support.

"Thank you to everyone around the world for your love and prayers", Flatley wrote on Instagram. "I am overwhelmed by your kindness. I have been released from hospital and am on the mend".
