Macaulay Culkin becomes a dad

Macaulay Culkin has become a dad for the first time at the age of 40.

The "Home Alone" child star welcomed a baby boy with his partner Brenda Song, who is a former Disney Channel star.  They met on the set of "Changeland" in Thailand which was directed by Macaulay's friend Seth Green who brought his pals along.  They all spent 7 weeks hanging out together and a romance blossomed.  

They've named their little boy "Dakota" after Macaulay's late sister who tragically died in 2008.  She was knocked down by a car outside a bar in L.A. after stepping out in front of it to cross the road.  

They released a statement to Esquire saying they're "overjoyed".  Dakota Song Culkin was born on Monday April 5th at 1.10pm in Los Angeles weighing in at 6 pounds 14 ounces.
