The reality star has lost 13 stone in just 9 months, dropping from 27.5 stone but now doctors are concerned about the speed in which he has lost the excess weight. James is having regular blood tests to ensure he isn't deficient in any nutrients but there is a worry, his weight loss will continue and he will become underweight.
